Your study planning checklist
Start with the information that makes a conversation useful.
Define your direction
Write down your current qualification, preferred subject and the level you want to study. Note what interests you about the course and how it connects to your goals.
Build a research folder
Keep institution links, programme names, course outlines and published entry requirements together. Record the date you checked each source, because requirements can change.
Prepare a realistic budget
Consider tuition, accommodation, daily living, travel, insurance and application-related costs. Use your own currency alongside the destination currency and allow for exchange-rate changes.
Organise your questions
Ask about course recognition, teaching language, assessment, support and the application process. Before sharing documents, confirm who is requesting them, why they are needed and how they will be handled.
Create your planning note
Use the study planner to collect your starting point and questions. It does not submit an application or assess your eligibility. Institutions and authorities make their own decisions.
